Here are some of the questions I've received about this site.

Q: How long is it going to take for my print book to arrive?

A: That depends on whether your order includes a hardcover. Right now those are only printed in the UK, and might take two weeks to arrive in the US. Other books will likely take three to five business days for the US and UK. They recently added printers in Canada and Australia, so that should make things faster for you if you live there!

Q: How much is shipping on your books?

A: Bookvault will calculate that when you put a book in your cart.

Q: What? I have to pay shipping and it takes a week?

A: I'm not Amazon and can't give you free next-day shipping. :( But when you order a print book you can also have an ebook so you can start reading now.

Q: Why should I buy from you and not from my favorite retailer?

A: Hey, the retailers are awesome and I don't blame you for wanting to use your favorite. That said, I do get more money when you buy directly from me.

Q: What about the signed books? Where will you ship those to?

A: The pricing assumes that I can send the book via US Media Mail, which implies that I would be sending them in the US. If you're not in the US, I have a couple listed on Etsy, or you can use the contact button to work something out. Unfortunately, postage outside the US is expensive.

Q: If I buy an ebook from you, how do I read it?

A: You'll be offered the chance to download it here, but you should watch for an email from Bookfunnel. I hear their support is awesome and will get your book on your device. The phone app has a "send to app" function that works really well! I've used it to upload books to the Kindle, Kobo, and Apple apps... and it syncs from there to your associated devices.

Q: If I buy an audiobook from you, how do I listen to it?

A: Through the Bookfunnel app. I've used it and it works fine. The alternative is sending you a bunch of mp3 files and asking you to figure out how to put them on a device, and... no.
